Knowledge particle – the “Knowon”

Given an interaction between knowledge worker (kw0) and knowledge worker (kw1), a “knowon” is produced with a certain frequency. The frequency determines the resultant knowledge transfer. Note, the kwN can be one or more (system) individuals.
